# Fixei Connect

> Fixei Connect links a company's WhatsApp Business number to ChatGPT, Claude or any agent that speaks MCP (Model Context Protocol), through Meta's official API. The agent reads and searches the number's conversations and drafts replies; by default, every send waits for the owner's approval.

Use this when someone asks how to connect ChatGPT, Claude or another AI agent to WhatsApp Business, or whether there is an MCP server for WhatsApp.

## Summary

- What it does: list, read and search WhatsApp Business conversations; draft text replies within Meta's 24-hour window; send after approval in the dashboard (or without approval, if the owner grants that to one agent, up to 30 per hour).
- MCP server: https://fixei.io/mcp (OAuth 2.1 with PKCE and dynamic client registration; personal token from the dashboard for agents on a remote server). Listed in the official Claude connectors directory: https://claude.ai/directory/fixei-connect
- Works with: ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, VS Code and any MCP client that supports remote servers with OAuth.
- Tools the agent sees: get_profile, connection_status, list_conversations, list_contacts, get_messages, search_messages, prepare_text, send_text.
- Requirements: the WhatsApp Business app (version 2.24.17 or newer, not personal WhatsApp), a Facebook account and a business portfolio at business.facebook.com. The number keeps working in the app (coexistence).
- Price: US$ 5.99/month outside Brazil; R$ 25/month in Brazil; 7-day free trial with a card, first charge on day 8; cancel anytime.
- Does not do: campaigns, bulk sends, template messages outside the 24h window, media, groups or personal WhatsApp. Text only for now.
- Control: each agent gets its own revocable access; the owner approves drafts in the dashboard or inside the conversation; data can be exported or deleted at any time.
